about

As promised, we take off in 2015 addressing to the most conceptual shores of our catalogue, going forward into long plays and deeper in the brainwaves of our producers. And to put words in practice, this time we bring you Anders Blickmann album "Love Letters From An Epitaph". Anders is an active journalist, radio broadcaster and music producer from Coimbra, Portugal, now living in Berlin. He´s been releasing for the past years some intricate EPs for netlabels such as portuguese/japanese output MiMi Records, or as author´s edition. Strongly influenced by fine-arts or his love for ambient strangeitude from labels as Warp or Dial, his mature and cohesive approach to ambient and futuristic techno ramblings is remarkable. Love Letters is a ticket to an haunted chamber, out of humanity´s clock, provided with suspended animated chords of space gazing. Dissecting atmospheres and pronounced structures are condensed with analytical minimalism and float around, giving an almost no gravity sensation. From cold and abandoned places to strange gardens of cybernetic hope, it´s a collection of tracks sure to put one exploring deeper in our own boundaries. Time to slow down and get into Anders Blickmann isolationist, sharp and breathtaking web of sound.
